North East Cane and Bamboo Development Council (NECBDC) is hereby inviting proposals from eligible NGOs for “Establishment and Operation of a Livelihood Business Incubator (LBI) under the National Bamboo Mission (NBM) at Balurghat, West Bengal”. The selected NGO will support infrastructure development, skill training, bamboo-based enterprise promotion and market linkages to strengthen livelihood generation and bamboo value addition in the region.
